The 370 mil euros (plus VAT) tender was announced on September 19 for THESSALONIKI FLYOVER, the new ring road in the city of Thessaloniki. The date for submission of offers of interest is November 19, 2020. It is a construction project of high standards for which there will be a public tender in September 2020. The largest flyover in Greece. 13 km upgrading of the existing road. 8 new bridges. 3 new tunnels. 8 km of elevated road. 4 km of continuous Flyover bridge. Indicative budget 370 million € (PLUS VAT). Partnership of Public and Private Sector PPP. EMPLOYER: THE GREEK GOVERNMENT. This project covers a period of up to 30 years. 4 years are estimated to relate to the construction period and 26 years to the operating period. Payments to the Constructor will be made on an annual basis. The Constructor will undertake the construction, financing and maintenance of the project for the agreed period.
